Baked Halibut Topped with Zucchini, Tomato, Dill, and Feta

Baked Halibut Topped with Zucchini, Tomato, Dill, and FetaI bought some halibut recently and decided to bake it topped with a mixture of zucchini, tomato, dill, onion, and feta cheese. This recipe was really simple to make and tasted wonderful. I loved that this dish was hearty and filling yet healthy. My husband and I really enjoyed this recipe while my son thought the fish was good but didn’t like the topping and my daughter didn’t like any of it. You win some, you lose some.
