Greek Burger

We recently ate dinner at a local burger place, and my husband had a Greek burger with feta cheese, kalamata olives, and roasted garlic on top. It was very delicious and full of my favorite flavors, so I recreated them with this homemade Greek burger recipe. I loved the chunks of roasted garlic, salty feta, tangy kalamata olives, and spicy pepperoncini. The burgers were a huge hit with my husband and me (my children opted for plain burgers–their loss). These Greek burgers were delicious with my homemade baked onion rings and a Greek wedge salad.

Make four burger patties of the same size.
Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and coat with cooking spray.

Top with the remaining bun and serve immediately. Enjoy.

Looks lovely! I make a variant of that where I chop the meet and melt the cheese on it, then put that on a pita with the olives, chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and topped with sub dressing. ^_^
Fetta is actually really delicious on burgers.
Homemade hamburgers are so much better than buying from outside. I will try to do it when I have time.
