Banana, Strawberry, and Chocolate Chip Muffins

Banana, Strawberry, and Chocolate Chip Muffins
I had a few very ripe bananas to use up so I decided to bake my kids some muffins. When I asked them what kind they wanted they said banana with chocolate chips. I had some very sweet strawberries in the refrigerator so I decided to throw some of those in the muffins too. They smelled AMAZING while baking and they tasted moist and delicious. I loved the combination of flavors – chocolate, strawberries, and bananas are a match made in heaven!

  1. Hi Pam,
Your recipes have a fruits and vegetables. A good way to serve healthy meals to family. Enjoyed your blog. Thanks.

  2. Thank you for this delicious recipe! I just made these and they are AMAZING! I omitted the chocolate chips (although I know they’ll make them even better!) and used 1 cup whole wheat flour/1 cup white flour. With these modifications these muffins come in at 4 WW PP which is really good for a delicious muffin. The recipe made 18 muffins. Such a great way to use up bananas and strawberries instead of tossing! Next time I’ll try all wheat flour and I bet they’ll be just as good! Thanks again, this is absolutely a keeper!

  3. These were absolutely delicious… a truly awesome recipe. Thanks!! I used millet flour to make it gluten-free. To make it vegan, I used Egg replacer for the eggs and Earth Balance for the butter. Yummy.
