Spicy Mango Coleslaw

Spicy Mango Coleslaw

I wanted a light and flavorful coleslaw that wasn’t drowning in mayonnaise. I found one on Cake ‘n’ Knife that looked perfect. It was super quick and easy to make and tasted fantastic. I served it with fish and they paired perfectly together. I loved the spicy heat from the sriracha and the cool mango. My husband and I both liked this coleslaw but my kids weren’t fans.

  1. This sounds perfect to me, now if only I could find some mangoes! All I can ever get here are tinned ones and they do not taste the same 🙁 Diane

  2. ooooooohhhh… I made a Srircha coleslaw already… never thought to put mango in it. Will definitely have to try this next time I make it!

  3. It looks pretty, and I love the addition of mango, but I’d have to leave out the Srircha, because my dearly beloved doesn’t tolerate spices well.

  4. I’m not a huge fan of coleslaw as it is, but with the mango and sriracha in this I’m pretty sure I”d never have any other version ever again.

  5. This coleslaw sounds fantastic, Pam. I made a coleslaw with apples last year and it was a huge hit. I bet my family would love this version, especially with the sriracha. I’m going to try it soon! Thanks.

  6. This is a departure from the same ol’ coleslaw isn’t it? I bet it would rock with some jerk pulled pork or smoked goat with Barbados baste.
