Garlicky Snow Peas
I wanted a simple and healthy side dish to pair with the Asian-style pork tenderloin and Coconut Cilantro Rice I was serving for dinner. I loved the simplicity of this dish. The snow peas were crisp-tender with just enough garlic flavor without being overpowering. It was a terrific side dish to the rest of the meal and we all enjoyed it.
How to Make Garlicky Snow Peas
Heat the oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the snow peas to the skillet and cook, stirring often, for 4 minutes; add the minced garlic and cook, stirring constantly for 45 seconds. Season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste. Serve immediately. Enjoy.

snow pees have to be one of my favourite snacks! Always looking for a way to dress them up
This sounds like a great healthy idea to add to my meal. I do have a problem saving recipes to ziplist. Whenever I hit save, it adds another recipe instead of this one.
I don’t know if it is me or you. It only happens on your food blog. Let me know what you think. thanks
Can I just say how glad I am that your finger is healing and you are able to cook and blog again? 🙂 I love snow peas! This looks so simple and yet so delicious, Pam!
The peas look really bright and fresh. Hope the finger is mending well. Ever notice how an injured finger let’s you know how many things it normally touches (or bumps) every day.
That looks delicious. I wish my husband was a fan of pork – I should buy some just for myself for lunches!
