I saw a recipe for a peanut butter and yogurt dip on Prevention RD that inspired me to make this dip. I used Greek honey yogurt mixed with peanut butter and a bit of honey. I served this dip with crisp apple slices. My kids absolutely loved this snack and I felt good about serving it to them. It was quick, easy, and super tasty.
Mix the Greek honey yogurt together with the peanut butter and 2 teaspoons of honey until well combined. Drizzle the top with the remaining honey and serve with apple slices immediately. Enjoy.
