My son hasn’t been feeling well this week and my daughter had three tests today at school, so I tried lifting their spirits with this easy Peach Milkshake with Vanilla Bean recipe as a special after-school treat. They devoured every last drop and declared the peach milkshakes were super AWESOME!

How to Make Peach Milkshake with Vanilla Bean

Place the peeled and chopped peaches into a blender then add a few scoops of vanilla ice cream and the milk.

Split the vanilla bean pod in half lengthwise, scrape the vanilla seeds out of each half with the back of the knife, and place them into the blender.

Finally, add a pinch of cinnamon, put the lid on the blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour into serving glasses–I used fancy champagne flutes to make the milkshakes extra special. Serve immediately with spoons and straws. Enjoy.
