Tropical Green Smoothie
We all like green smoothies in my family, and I try to have one each day. Green smoothies are healthy, fill me up, taste delicious, and always leave me feeling great. I made these tropical green smoothies for my kids today. They disappeared quickly and both kids said they were awesome.
Tropical Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup fresh pineapple
- 1 cup ice
- 1 very ripe banana
- ½ cup frozen mango
- ½ cup almond milk
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- Honey, to taste, if needed
How to Make a Tropical Green Smoothie
Place the spinach, pineapple, ice, banana, mango, almond milk, and Greek yogurt into a blender.
Blend very well until smooth and creamy. Drink immediately. Enjoy.
