Strawberry and Goat Cheese Bruschetta with Fresh Basil
Oh my! These strawberry and goat cheese bruschetta with fresh basil are tasty!!! My daughter, husband, and I all loved these bruschetta while my son said they were just okay because he didn’t care for the balsamic glaze on his!? Anyway, I loved the warm crispy bread topped with tangy goat cheese, sweet strawberries, and tart balsamic vinegar. My favorite part? The fresh basil… It tied all the flavors together beautifully.
How to Make Strawberry and Goat Cheese Bruschetta with Fresh Basil
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the baguette slices on the baking sheet and place them into the oven for 5-6 minutes, or until crisp.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle the top of each toasted baguette slice with goat cheese crumbles. Next, top with slices of strawberries then drizzle the balsamic vinegar over each one. Sprinkle with chopped fresh basil. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
