Turkey, Havarti, and Avocado Bagel Thin Sandwich
I am in love. Yes, I’ve said this before but this time I mean it. This turkey, havarti, and avocado bagel thin sandwich is my new favorite! My friend Sara introduced me to seeded bagels and I just loved them. This sandwich was easy to make and tasted fantastic without much guilt.
Turkey, Havarti, and Avocado Seeded Bagel Thin Sandwich:
Ingredients:
- 1 seeded bagel thin
- Roasted turkey
- 1 slice of Havarti
- Avocado slices
- Tomato slices
- Baby spinach
- Red onion, thinly sliced
- Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
How to Make a Turkey, Havarti, and Avocado Bagel Thin Sandwich
Spread one slice of avocado on the bottom of the bagel.
Next add the turkey, spinach, cheese, tomato slices, the remaining avocado slices, and red onion slices.
Season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste then add the top of the bagel. Enjoy.

- Spread one slice of avocado on the bottom of the bagel. Side Note: Toast the bagel if desired.
- Next add the turkey, spinach, cheese, tomato slices, the remaining avocado slices, and red onion slices.
- Season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste then add the top of the bagel. Enjoy.

This looks like a great, healthy sandwich. I’ve been looking for healthy lunch ideas, and this fits the bill. I can’t believe you’ve never had a seeded bagel! I’m in N.J., and there’s nothing like a freshly baked “everything” bagel. You haven’t lived till you’ve had one, but too many will kill ya! Which is why I’m looking for healthy foods!
