Brie served with Crostini and Grapes

I love getting samples of goods in the mail from different companies, especially when they send us delicious cheese! I was recently sent four different kinds of cheese from Ile De France, one of which was Brie. We had friends come over for dinner, so I decided to make brie served with crostini and grapes as an appetizer. The cheese was subtle in flavor and very creamy in texture. It paired perfectly with the crisp crostini and the sweet grapes, and we all loved this brie cheese.

How to Make Brie Served with Crostini and Grapes
Remove the brie from the refrigerator before serving so it can come to room temperature.

Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet, and coat them with olive oil spray if desired.
Bake in the oven for 2-3 minutes, until crisp and golden brown.
Place the Brie on a plate and serve with the crostini and grapes.
