Cajun Seasoning
Made with common spices in your pantry, this spicy Cajun seasoning is the perfect blend of spicy, savory flavors that are sure to kick any dish up a notch.
When we recently visited our family in Idaho, my brother in law made us a delicious spicy salmon that had Cajun seasoning on it and we all loved the dish. I recently found a recipe for an easy homemade Cajun spice mix seasoning recipe on allrecipes that sounded great so I made a batch. This spicy Cajun dry rub seasoning is terrific on salmon but it’s also tasty on white fish (tacos!), shrimp, chicken, pork, and veggies. I love that making my own homemade seasonings is so economical and it’s a great way to use up spices in my pantry.
