This tangy, creamy and flavorful veggie dip recipe that I found on Simply Recipes is not only super easy to make but it uses basic pantry ingredients that I always have on hand. I made this tasty veggie dip with lots of prepared veggies to have on hand in the fridge for a quick and healthy snack that we can grab on busy days.

Veggie Dip

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh chives
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder
  • Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste

How to Make Veggie Dip

Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, fresh lemon juice, parsley, chives, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, together; mix until well combined. Season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste.

Cover and store in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving to allow the flavors to mingle.

Serve with fresh veggies and chips. Enjoy.
