Watermelon Berry Fruit Salad

This watermelon berry fruit salad is loaded with fresh fruit tossed in the most delicious honey-lime dressing and then garnished with mint.

This little beauty is not only delicious and healthy but also super easy to make. I wanted to make something light to pair with our dinner, since my grocery store just had the best sale on berries, I decided to make this fruit salad. The watermelon, blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries were all super sweet and ripe and the honey-lime dressing made their flavors pop! This watermelon berry fruit salad is the perfect side dish for the Fourth of July holiday.

Watermelon Berry Fruit Salad

Honey-Lime Dressing:

  • Juice & zest from 1 large lime
  • 1-2 tbsp honey, to taste
  • Pinch of salt

Fruit Salad:

  • 2 cups watermelon, diced into bite-size pieces
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled & quartered
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • Fresh mint, chopped, to taste

How to Make a Watermelon Berry Fruit Salad

Whisk together the lime juice, zest, honey, and salt in a small bowl until well combined.

Toss the watermelon, blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries together in a large serving bowl; drizzle with the honey-lime dressing and toss to coat evenly.

Top with fresh mint and serve. Enjoy.
