Roasted Asparagus with Parmesan Cheese

Roasted Asparagus with Parmesan Cheese
Ingredients:
- 1 lb asparagus spears, woody ends trimmed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
- Lemon wedges, optional
How to Make Roasted Asparagus with Parmesan Cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with olive oil cooking spray.
Place the asparagus spears on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season them well with sea salt, freshly cracked black pepper, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes to taste.
Top with shredded Parmesan cheese and place in the oven to roast for about 5 minutes, or until the asparagus is fork-tender.
