Caprese Salad
Caprese salad is a perfect salad for a hot day (or any day for that matter). Simple, easy, and full of flavor. I love the flavors of mozzarella, basil, and tomatoes together, and topping them with a really good balsamic vinegar makes it an irresistible salad.
Caprese Salad:
Ingredients:
- Organic or homegrown beefsteak or Roma tomatoes, sliced
- Fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- Fresh basil, torn
- Balsamic vinegar, to taste
- Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
How to Make a Caprese Salad
Slice tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.
Layer tomatoes, cheese, and basil then drizzle balsamic vinegar and finish off with sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper. Enjoy!

May I ask how you do the printable recipes link?
Rina,
Thanks for visiting my site… glad you like the pictures. In regards to the printable recipes, I simply created a separate blog (very plain, no color, labels or archives) and copy and pasted my original recipe. I obviously leave out the photos too. I then create a link. Hope this helps.
