Creamy Clam Dip
We had friends over for dinner and I made this creamy clam dip. The big chunks of clam were chewy and flavorful while the red pepper and shallot gave it a nice crunch. I served it with little rye crisps and pita chips and everyone enjoyed grazing on this tasty dip throughout the evening–especially the kids.
