Blendtec Blender Giveaway – My biggest giveaway ever!! ****CONTEST CLOSED-WINNER ANNOUNCED****

This blog has brought me so much happiness! I have become a better cook and I have met some of the most amazing people who love food and cooking as much as I do.  I have also been sent some fantastic products.  How cool is that??

Blendtec Blender Giveaway - My biggest giveaway ever!! ****CONTEST CLOSED-WINNER ANNOUNCED****

I was recently sent the most amazing blender I have EVER used by Blendtec.  It is extremely powerful and has so many capabilities.  You can make anything from milkshakes, smoothies, soups, sauces, hummus, pasta dough, pizza dough, mayonnaise and you can also grind meat, chop nuts and cheese.  I was really excited that they also sent me the Twister Jar attachment which makes ice cream, nut butter, pesto, and pie crust just to name a few things.  I’ve made this smoothie and this smoothie so far, which my kids LOVED, and I plan on trying several recipes from the recipe book as soon as possible.

It not only is a powerful blender, it’s simple to use and cleans up easily.  It also looks great too.  This blender will be kept on my countertop because I plan to use it A LOT.

The generous people at Blendtec are offering my readers their very own Blendtec Blender Classic Wildside, the Twister Jar attachment, and Fresh Blends Recipes Book for a total value of over $595.00!!!  You get to choose what color of blender you would like – Black, White, or Red.  I chose the black one and it’s a beauty!

To enter this giveaway simply leave a comment and tell me what’s the first thing you would make with your new blender.  ****CONTEST CLOSED-WINNER ANNOUNCED****

  1. Smoothies! So light and refreshing. But it’s a pain to clean out the blender after making one, so the fact you say this blender is easy to clean has me sold.

  2. I would be really tempted to do some “will it blend”-style experiments – haha! Seriously, I would probably make some awesome margaritas while the weather is still nice.

  3. I’d made the chocolatiest chocolate milkshake ever and share it with my two beautiful grandchildren .. ages 4 and 16 months.

  4. First thing I would make is a green smoothie! I would then like to make some sauces or a first time attempt at a gazpacho

  5. After watching Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead earlier this year, we purchased our Blendtec. LOVE IT SO MUCH. Smoothies are the best in it and so easy to make. Liked both Blendtec and For the Love of Cooking (only becuase there was no LOVE button).

  6. The first thing I would make with my blender is homemade hummus. It’s always more gratifying, as well as healthier, to make yourself. 🙂

  7. I would start by making my family green smoothies! The berry seeds never get blended in my blender, I would love to not have seeds stuck in my teeth!!

  8. I would love this blender! I would make smoothies *all the time*. Also, I would make salad dressings, pesto, and so many other things!

  9. I’ve heard this blender can heat up while blending to make soups or cool down to make ice cream. I definately want to try doing both of those things!

  10. Posted on FB, Twitter @thestressdetective, Subscribed to RSS Feed and Liked both your page and Blendtec page. I’d make a smoothie with fresh Tuscan Kale, Ginger Root, Blueberries, Juice of 1 Lemon, 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 beet, and coconut water along with a frozen banana. Then I can compare it to my Vitamix which I’ve owned for 12 years. Ready for a new one and Blendtec sounds great!

  11. I would make a smoothie with unsweetened almond coconut milk, fresh peaches, frozen strawberries, frozen banana and liquid clear stevia. Thank you for the chance to win this awesome blender!

  12. I’d love to try one of the super-smooth smoothies and also see how well it grinds flour. What a cool tool! winterwrens at gmail dot com

  13. I’ve been wanting to find a great recipe for homemade pizza dough…never dreamed of making it in a blender, but I’d like to try!

  14. Great Blender! I would make baby food! My little guy is just at the age where I can start him on meats, and I want to make my own, instead of buying the jar stuff. I was thinking of starting off with chicken and apricot or chicken and sweet potato for him.

  15. I LOVE the idea of making home made ice cream! Though I’m sure my figure would not thank me for it 😉
    Gorgeous blender!

  16. Would definitely be making hummus with this. I prefer homemade over buying it through the store and this beast would be perfect…ooo wait, no, smoothies, protein pb banana smoothies – YUMMM!!!

  17. Like The Facebook pages and would make nut butters, soups, and smoothies….. I need this. I have a CHEAP blender that barely blends anything!

  18. The very first thing I would make is an avacado/kale/banana/mango smoothie. This would be much easier to make with a new blender! Yum!!

  19. Oh boy! I have been admiring this blender from afar for a few months now. I would probably make a nice green smoothie as my first trial.

  20. The first I would make is one of those green monster smoothies I keep seeing on all the food blogs I surf! They look so healthy and tasty!

  21. I would make something I don’t normally associate with a blender.. like how you mentioned ‘hummus, pasta dough, pizza dough, mayonnaise’! They all sound like a delicious experiment waiting to happen 🙂
