Grilled Corn with Herb and Garlic Butter

I had corn on the cob to use up and wanted to make it a little fancier than just smothered in plain butter, so I made this grilled corn with herb and garlic butter recipe. We loved the fresh flavors from the herbs and thought it was delicious. This easy fresh corn side dish recipe paired nicely with Italian flank steak and a simple Italian salad.

What a lovely way to enjoy corn! Regards…
Every time I grill corn it’s nuclear!
Love it – all the herbs and garlic sound great with corn! Boys are so silly sometimes….I know mine doesn’t like to stray from the familiar sometimes so I can see him just wanting his corn with butter, too:-).
I’d be with you on this one Pam! I love herb butter on grilled corn. Try adding a little parmesan in there next time too… it gives it an additionally nice flavor!
This looks delicious, Pam! I love compound butters on corn. They are delicious melted over a hot off the grill steak, too!
Corn on the cob is hands down one of my favorite main or side dishes. I love this additional herbs, I can’t wait to try it!
We’ve been grilling corn more this summer, but I never remember to use an herb butter. This looks like the way to go especially with the garlic in it.
Everyone here loves corn on the cob just as is. This does look like a nice variation.
when I visit my friend in the western part of Mass., I stock up on sweet corn.
We don’t get corn like that here on the cape, it such a treat.
And of course I have yet to grill it.
I would certainly enjoy it!!!

What could be better or more summery?? Love!
This sounds perfect. I am sure the herb and garlic butter gave the corn a wonderful flavor.
That does sound delicious. Our favorite way to eat corn lately is buttered and sprinkled with ancho chile pepper. You get the sweetness of the corn and butter with a little heat added in.
That compound butter is the perfect addition to this!
One of the best methods to enjoy fresh summer corns!
my mom’s garden yielded about 20 ears of corn and that was it–we were all disappointed. fortunately, the store still has some to sell, and this is precisely how i like them prepared.
Pfft! What do men know?
