Baked Cinnamon Apple Chips

These tasty baked cinnamon apple chips are easy to make and taste AMAZING! I made these this afternoon, and they were ready for my kids by the time they got home from school. These homemade baked cinnamon apple chips disappeared quickly and were given a big thumbs up. I tried a couple of these chips and loved the tart/sweet flavors of the apples, the spice from the cinnamon, and the crisp texture. A fun and delicious snack that I felt good about giving to my kids–especially knowing how much Halloween candy they will be eating tomorrow.

They are such a great snack!
I’m making apple chips today! Mainly for a cocktail garnish, but also to snack on 🙂 Yours look perfect!
Those do look wonderful! I love sweet snacks that are also healthy! (OK, so mostly I love sweet, but I try to stay away from sugar.)
What a wonderful snack.
If only mandolines didn’t scare me so much… 🙂 These are such a great way to get that apple a day in, though!
this is one of the few things i’ll get out my mandoline for!!
