Creamy Parmesan Dressing

Creamy Parmesan Dressing

I made this creamy parmesan dressing to pair with our new favorite salad and we all fell in love with it. I adapted a recipe I found on Noble Pig and allowed the flavors to mingle together for a few hours before serving. I really love the combination of flavors and think this creamy parmesan dressing would be wonderful on most any salad. My entire family raved about this dressing, especially my kids, who both really love it.

How to Make Creamy Parmesan Dressing

Whisk together the mayonnaise, finely grated parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, sea salt, and freshly cracked pepper together in a bowl until well combined.

Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least an hour to allow flavors to mingle.

When ready to use, taste the dressing and add more lemon juice or seasonings, if needed. Drizzle on your salad and enjoy. Store the remaining dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Oh, this was perfect! I didn’t have Worcestershire sauce so I skipped it, but had everything else, and it still turned out so delicious. Exactly what I was trying to make, and tasted better than expected. Thank you!
