Garlic Cheese Toast

Garlic Cheese Toast

What’s not to love? A mixture of butter and garlic slathered on slices of baguette topped with mozzarella and parmesan then broiled until bubbly and golden brown. These little garlic cheese toast are perfect for a light snack (my kids love them after school), soup dippers, or soaking up pasta sauce. YUM! I served these garlic cheese toasts with a big pot of soup for dinner and they paired perfectly. As usual, these garlic cheese toasts were a big hit with the whole family.
