Cheesy Garlic Bread
What’s better than garlic bread? Cheesy garlic bread!!! I served this decadent and delicious bread with the Chicken and Sausage Lasagna Roll-Ups that I made for dinner. This bread was a HUGE hit with all the kids and they gobbled it all up. It paired nicely with the house salad and lasagna roll-ups and tasted great!
How to Make Cheesy Garlic Bread
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with tin foil for easier clean-up.
Combine the butter, garlic, and 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley together in a bowl; mix until evenly combined. Slice the loaf of bread lengthwise in half. Equally spread the butter mixture over each half of the loaf.
Place the bread on the baking sheet and into the oven to bake for 10-12 minutes.
While the bread is baking, combine the mozzarella, asiago, and parmesan together in a bowl; mix until well combined.
Remove the bread from the oven and top evenly with the cheese mixture then sprinkle the top with the remaining chopped parsley.
Place the bread back into the oven and switch the setting to broil. Leave the door cracked open and watch the bread carefully. Cook until the cheese is melted & bubbly. Remove from the oven. Slice & serve. Enjoy.
Cheese, garlic and bread are a heavenly trio. Totally delicious and will make. Thanks Sammie http://www.feastingisfun.com
