Garlic Crostini with Brie and Sweet & Spicy Tomato Jam
I could eat this recipe every single day. What’s not to love–crisp garlicky bread slathered with some creamy brie then topped with a dollop of the most delicious sweet & spicy tomato jam. The first time I had this combination was at a restaurant my husband and I used to frequent years ago on special date nights and it was usually my favorite part of our meal. I’m so glad I finally tried making tomato jam just so I could have this garlic crostini with brie and sweet & spicy tomato jam again. We all loved the combination of flavors and textures.
