Maple Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Maple roasted sweet potatoes are very simple to make and taste fantastic! The sweet potatoes only take about 30 minutes to roast and the combination of butter and real maple syrup makes these roasted potatoes extra special. I think maple roasted sweet potatoes make a wonderful side dish for dinner or breakfast and they are also a wonderful salad topper.
How to Make Maple Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Peel and dice the sweet potatoes then place in a large bowl. Add the melted butter, maple syrup, sea salt, and freshly cracked pepper, to taste. Toss well to coat evenly.
Pour sweet potatoes onto a baking sheet and place in the oven to roast for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through bake time. Remove from oven and serve immediately. Enjoy.
