Old Bay Salmon

A simple and aromatic seasoning blend creates a delicious flavor combination for this salmon dish, which is quickly roasted in the oven for a wonderful texture and flavor.

Old Bay Salmon

My in-laws enjoy fishing for salmon & halibut in Alaska every year, and we benefit greatly! Thanks, Fran & Bud! Instead of my go-to lemon, garlic, & dill salmon recipe, I wanted to try something different, so I tried this delicious and easy Old Bay salmon recipe from Easy Weeknight Recipes, because it used ingredients I had on hand. I also loved that this easy salmon recipe would be ready and on the table within 20 minutes! I used my homemade Old Bay seasoning, but store-bought works too. We all loved the spicy, perfectly cooked salmon and thought it paired nicely with tartar sauce, garlic rice, roasted grape tomatoes, and some crusty bread.
