Turkey, Swiss, and Vegetable Sandwich

I was craving a healthy lunch filled with fruits and vegetables. After looking through the fridge, I made this turkey, Swiss, and vegetable sandwich recipe. This veggie-loaded sandwich was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. The flavors were fantastic, and it was hearty, filling, and healthy. I served this turkey, Swiss, and veggie sandwich with fresh grapes and strawberries for a very satisfying lunch, and baked sweet potato chips.
