Mixed Greens with Berries, Feta, Avocado, and Almonds

I wanted a fresh salad to pair with the lemon-mustard chicken drumsticks and the parmesan and panko roasted baby potatoes. After looking through the fridge, I made this mixed greens with berries, feta, avocado, and almonds recipe tossed with Fran’s Vinaigrette. This salad not only looked beautiful, but it tasted fresh and so delicious. I loved the sweet berries with the salty feta and crunchy almonds with the tangy vinaigrette. My family devoured every single bite of this salad, and I’ll be making it again!

Mixed Greens with Berries, Feta, Avocado, and Almonds

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of mixed greens
  • Strawberries, sliced
  • Blueberries
  • Feta cheese, crumbles, to taste
  • ½ avocado, diced
  • Sliced almonds, to taste
  • Freshly cracked pepper, to taste

How to Make a Mixed Greens with Berries, Feta, Avocado, and Almonds

Combine the mixed greens in a salad bowl. Top with strawberries, blueberries, feta cheese, diced avocado, and sliced almonds; season with freshly cracked black pepper.

Drizzle some of the well-whisked vinaigrette to taste and toss to coat evenly, then serve immediately. Enjoy.
