Garden Salad
This salad is jam-packed with so many good things! I had a stocked refrigerator and had a hankering for a salad so I threw this one together. This delicious salad paired nicely with my very favorite–Fran’s Vinaigrette. We all thought it tasted fresh and delicious and my daughter especially loved the bites of mozzarella and sunflower seeds. I loved this salad so much I made a mini version for lunch the next day.
How to Make a Garden Salad
Make Fran’s Vinaigrette. Set aside for the flavors to mingle.
In a large serving bowl, add the mixed greens, tomatoes, bell pepper, broccoli florets, shredded carrot, cucumber, avocado, mozzarella balls, dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds. Drizzle the top with the vinaigrette, to taste, right before serving then toss until evenly coated. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
Loving all these bright colorful ingredients! The perfect salad 🙂

Nothing like a really good salad and you are right is saying it is packed with lots of wonderful ingredients. With some great bread – a meal in itself.
