Spicy Avocado Toast

This easy spicy avocado toast recipe is something I eat for lunch regularly, but it’s also great for breakfast or as a light dinner. You can’t beat a meal that takes only a few minutes to prepare! I love the crisp garlicky toast topped with creamy avocado and a sprinkling of sea salt and spicy crushed red pepper flakes. Simple. Tasty. Perfect.

Spicy Avocado Toast

Ingredients:

  • 1 piece of sourdough bread
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • ½ avocado, smashed
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Crushed red pepper flakes, to taste

Spicy Avocado Toast

How to Make Spicy Avocado Toast

Toast a slice of sourdough bread until crisp and golden.

Rub the whole clove of garlic all over the top of the warm toast.

Spoon some avocado on the toast and spread it evenly with a fork.

Sprinkle the top with sea salt and crushed red pepper flakes, to taste.

Serve immediately. Enjoy.
