Roasted Broccoli with Parmesan
I wanted a quick side dish for dinner last night that used ingredients I had in the fridge. I grabbed some broccoli florets, parmesan cheese, and garlic then roasted them. My son wasn’t a fan of the broccoli but the rest of us were – even my daughter which surprised me because she isn’t a big fan of cheese.
How to Make Roasted Broccoli with Parmesan
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with tin foil then coat with cooking spray.
Toss the broccoli with olive oil then season with crushed red pepper flakes, sea salt, and freshly cracked pepper, to taste.
Place into the oven and roast for 15 minutes. Flip the broccoli and add the minced garlic making sure to toss to coat evenly with a spatula. Continue to roast for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the oven and place in a serving bowl then sprinkle with finely grated parmesan cheese. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
