Spiced Pork Tenderloin with Sautéed Apples

Spiced Pork Tenderloin with Sautéed Apples

I am always on the lookout for pork recipes, so I was excited to see a spiced pork tenderloin with sautéed apples recipe in the Cooking Light–October 2010 issue. I loved how easy this pork tenderloin recipe was to prepare and how delicious it was. My kids especially liked the sweet apples, while I loved the flavorful and tender pork. We all enjoyed this easy pork and apples recipe, and we thought it paired nicely with butternut squash ravioli and roasted broccoli.
