Garlic Roasted Tomatoes

These healthy & delicious garlic roasted tomatoes are sweet, juicy, and bursting with a ton of flavor.

Garlic Roasted Tomatoes

I’ve always enjoyed roasting tomatoes because  it brings out their sweetness. My whole family loves this easy recipe for garlic roasted tomatoes and I make them at least once a week. What makes these tomatoes extra special is that I slide thinly sliced garlic slivers inside each tomato before the roast so they are infused with garlic flavor. I serve these tasty garlic roasted tomatoes as a side dish, on top of pasta, or on crostini slathered with Boursin cheese.

  1. I’ve never had roasted tomatoes as a side dish but these look very good and make me want to try them. It wont be long before we’ll have tomatoes good enough.
