Mini Greek Naan Pizzas
These tasty mini Greek naan pizzas are healthy appetizer-sized snacks that are big on flavor and easy to throw together.
I had a pizza craving, so I went through the fridge and found some mini naan, pizza sauce, olives, pepperoncini, sundried tomatoes, spinach, and a few other ingredients. Since I love mini naan pizzas, I decided to make these healthy mini Greek naan pizzas for lunch, which were simple to make and so delicious!
Mini Greek Naan Pizzas
Ingredients:
- 8 naan dippers (or mini naan)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- Ciliegine mozzarella balls, patted dry & quartered (shredded mozzarella works too)
- 1/4 cup baby spinach, finely chopped
- Mini cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced
- Kalamata olives, thinly sliced
- Pepperoncini, thinly sliced
- Red onion, thinly sliced
- Sundried tomatoes, chopped
- Crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
Serving:
- Feta cheese crumbles
- Fresh basil, chopped
How to Make Mini Greek Naan Pizzas
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spoon a small dollop of pizza sauce in the center of each mini naan and spread evenly.
Top each mini naan with some quartered mozzarella balls, then a bit of chopped spinach, a couple tomato slices, a few olives, some pepperoncini, a few red onion slices, a few sundried tomatoes, and a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes.
Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 7-9 minutes, or until the naan is golden brown and the cheese is gooey. Remove from the oven and top with feta cheese crumbles and fresh basil. Serve immediately. Enjoy.

They look very good and a clever idea. Since we enjoy using Naan for pizza (but haven’t done it in awhile) and Greek everything, I know we would love these.
