Dill Dip
This dill dip was a huge hit with my family, especially my daughter. I threw everything together then refrigerated it for an hour to allow the flavors to mingle. The dill dip was a terrific after-school snack with fresh veggies & some chips. My kids and their friends devoured it quickly. We all loved the added zip the lemon juice and garlic gave to this creamy dip. I think I’ll be making another batch next week for a Thanksgiving appetizer.
