Garlicky Snow Pea and Shiitake Sauté
One of my favorite flavor combinations is soy sauce with melted butter–it’s excellent on almost any veggie, potatoes, pasta, rice, and protein. I’ve been using this combination of vegetables since I was in college, and I never get sick of it. I made this garlicky snow pea and shiitake sauté tossed with the soy/butter sauce. The veggies turned out flavorful and so amazing! My kids loved this easy snow pea recipe and devoured their portions, and we all thought this easy Asian side dish recipe paired nicely with teriyaki-glazed chicken leg quarters and chow mein.

This looks delicious Pam and so simple and easy.
I was hoping you would post this recipe, Pam! I’m excited to make the entire meal!
I love the plating. Takes a good eye to make the mushrooms to be so perfectly “randomly” placed, right?
Nice recipe to give snow peas some taste.
