Autumn Salad with Apples, Toasted Pecans, and Gorgonzola
Sometimes I forget how good food is when made with simple ingredients! This Autumn salad with apples, toasted pecans, and gorgonzola is a perfect example. Mixed greens, toasted pecans, crisp & sweet apple slices, and gorgonzola cheese tossed with a tangy vinaigrette. Simple. Easy. Delicious. My son and I especially loved this salad and my husband and daughter thought it was good but neither cared too much for the gorgonzola cheese.
