This caprese flatbread pizza with balsamic glaze recipe was easy to prepare and tasted delicious! My kids and I seriously devoured them in under five minutes–they were SO good. A quick and simple lunch that took minutes to make and paired nicely with a simple Italian salad.

- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
- Mozzarella, sliced

How to Make Caprese Flatbread Pizza with Balsamic Glaze
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Pour the olive oil into a small ramekin, then add the minced garlic and mix.
Spread the garlic and olive oil mixture evenly over both flatbreads.

Season with a bit of sea salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste.
Layer with the mozzarella slices, then add the tomato slices on top.

Place the flatbread pizza into the oven and bake for 7-8 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil, a drizzle of balsamic glaze, and slice.
