Caprese Flatbread Pizza with Balsamic Glaze
These little beauties were delicious! My kids and I seriously gobbled them down in under 5 minutes… they were SO good. A quick and simple lunch that took minutes to make… love that! If you don’t have a balsamic glaze, you can make it by reducing balsamic vinegar in a saucepan over medium heat by half. It’s sweet and delicious!
How to Make Caprese Flatbread Pizza with Balsamic Glaze
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Pour the olive oil into a small ramekin then add the minced garlic and mix well. Spread the garlic and olive oil mixture evenly over both flatbreads.
Season with a bit of sea salt, freshly cracked pepper, to taste. Layer with the mozzarella slices, then add the tomato slices on top.
Place the flatbread pizza into the oven and bake for 7-8 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil and drizzle with balsamic glaze; slice. Serve with grated parmesan on the side. Enjoy.

My kind of pizza – cheese and fresh tomatoes. simple and delicious. Like the pita flatbread – hope I can find that around here.
