These little beauties were delicious! My kids and I seriously gobbled them down in under 5 minutes… they were SO good. A quick and simple lunch that took minutes to make… love that! If you don’t have balsamic glaze, you can make it by reducing balsamic vinegar in a saucepan over medium heat by half. It’s sweet and delicious!
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Pour the olive oil in a small ramekin then add the minced garlic and mix well. Spread the garlic and olive oil mixture evenly over both flatbreads.
Season with a bit of sea salt, freshly cracked pepper, to taste. Layer with the mozzarella slices , then add the tomato slices on top.
Place the flatbread pizza into the oven and bake for 7-8 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil and drizzle with balsamic glaze; slice. Serve with grated parmesan on the side. Enjoy.

Looks like a terrific lunch! My boys would love this.
My kind of pizza – cheese and fresh tomatoes. simple and delicious. Like the pita flatbread – hope I can find that around here.
