Summer Salad Recipe Round-Up

It’s starting to get warm around here which means we’ll be eating a lot more salads in the near future.  Here are some of my favorite summer salads–there are some quick and easy ones like heirloom Caprese salad and a simple garden salad. There are also other salads that may take more time but are worth the effort like spaghetti salad and blackened chicken salad with chipotle ranch dressing. I hope you find a salad (or two) that will make your family happy.

  1. I always enjoy your round-ups and know I would like all of the salads. I’m impressed you know to put no lettuce in the Greek salad.

  2. I love salads and at long last I have convinced my husband that salads do not have to have lettuce in them. He hates lettuce!! Great selection. Hope all is well, Diane
