Brie and Mango Pepper Jelly Crostini
Since it has been so hot here recently we have been having a lot of smorgasbords for dinner, which usually consists of roasted chicken or deli meats with veggies & and a dip, fruits, cheese, olives, pickles, etc. Last night I decided to switch it up a bit and served these brie and mango pepper jam crostini with our smorgasbord. These tasty crostini disappeared very quickly and my daughter, who normally doesn’t care for cheese, devoured several of them and has decided this is a new favorite.
