Greek Layered Dip
We had friends coming over for a Greek Smorgasbord dinner so I made this tasty Greek layered dip recipe. It was made in less than 10 minutes. looked beautiful on the table, and tasted even better. I served this layered dip with pita bread, and it would also be great with pita chips or crackers. We all enjoyed it, even the kids!
Greek Layered Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of hummus
- 1/2 cup of tzatziki sauce
- 1/2 large cucumber, diced
- 1/2 zucchini, diced
- 3 baby red bell peppers, diced
- Handful of grape tomatoes, diced
- Handful of kalamata olives, sliced
- Feta cheese, to taste
- Olive oil, to taste
- Dill, to taste
How to Make a Greek Layered Dip
Spread the hummus into the bottom of the serving dish evenly.
Next, spread the tzatziki sauce evenly over the hummus.
Sprinkle the cucumber, zucchini, red bell pepper, tomatoes, kalamata olives, and feta cheese over the top.
Drizzle the top with some olive oil, to taste. Finally, sprinkle the top with a bit of dill.
Serve with pita bread, crackers, or pita chips. Enjoy!
